To start a return, refund, or exchange, please contact our Customer Support team at support@wellivu.com. We will guide you through the next steps.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return and exchange window. You have 30 days from the date your order is marked as delivered to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be in good condition and include all original accessories (packaging, dust bag, charging cable, and the Wellivu card).
- While light use is acceptable, products returned with missing parts will be subject to a deduction of $2–$15 per item.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
Return Shipping
- Customer Responsibility: For "change of mind" returns, a flat return shipping fee of $15 applies.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Wellivu will cover all return shipping charges.
Important: Please do not ship your return until you have received authorization and a return label (if applicable) from our support team. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away. We require clear photos or a short video of the issue so we can verify the damage and resolve it quickly.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, email support@wellivu.com with your order details. Once your return is approved and in transit back to us, we will arrange for your replacement item to be shipped.
- Note: Exchanges are limited to Wellivu massagers of the same model; different designs cannot be swapped.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds are automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- Bank Posting: Please allow an additional 2–3 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the funds to your account.
